Snow Crab
Red snow crab is a species that inhabits the deep waters at depths of 2,000 to 2,500 meters between the East Sea of South Korea and the west coast of Japan.
It belongs to the same family as Alaskan snow crab and is commonly known as “red snow crab” in both South Korea and Japan.
It is in season from September to the following June when it tastes best.
Nutritionally, it is a high-protein, low-fat food rich in essential amino acids, and contains high amounts of chitosan and calcium, which helps with joint health.
Our red snow crab meat products are produced using only carefully selected pure crab meat, harvested and processed in FDA- and EU-certified facilities located on the east coast of South Korea.
